Conkling Hall Online

Conkling Hall is partnering with WMHT to present the new season of the PBS Indie Lens Pop-Up documentary series online. Each documentary screening will be followed by a virtual community discussion. The first screening will be “Jonathan Scott’s Power Trip By Jonathan Scott,” a documentary about Property Brothers’ Jonathan Scott's journey across the United States to uncover the obstacles and opportunities to achieving clean, renewable energy. After the film there will an open discussion, with Conkling Hall board member Steve Gifford on hand to share his experience installing solar panels at home.

Indie Lens Pop-Up is a neighborhood series that brings people together for film screenings and community-driven conversations. Featuring documentaries seen on PBS's Independent Lens, Indie Lens Pop-Up draws local residents, leaders and organizations to discuss what matters most, from newsworthy topics and social issues, to family and community relationships.
